An extremely dangerous and demanding international project in the Persian Gulf during which the divers, together with their colleagues from The Netherlands and JAR, performed a series of underwater inspections and surveys, traced and marked explosive devices, removed the cargo, cut the wreck while underwater, joined 50-1500 t heavy sections onto cranes and lifted them from the seabed at a depth of 36 m.

An extremely demanding international project in the area between Japan, South Korea and China, during which the Hidro inžinjering divers, together with their colleagues from the Netherlands and JAR, performed a series of underwater inspections and cutting, welding, joining and lifting the bulk cargo and 10-1500 t ship sections off the seabed at a depth of -50m.

VESSEL WITHDRAWAL OPERATION

2009.
This is the first vessel ever to refloat after having been lifted off the 82 m depth. The Hidro inžinjering diving team detected the vessel based on the given coordinates, it installed and connected the steel wires, coordinated the raising of the entire vessel from the 82 m depth, set the pumps and sucked the water out of the machinery room, cabins and holds, patched up holes and carried out a detailed damage inspection. Following the survey, the vessel was towed to the Šibenik port.

DOCK REMOVAL OPERATION

The Hidro inžinjering d.o.o., specialised in underwater works and based in Rijeka, participated in the project of a sunken Dock 7
removal from the Viktor Lenac shipyard sea waters in Rijeka. The Hidro inžinjering divers, alongside the Dutch companies Multraship
and Mammoet Salvage, elaborated a dock cutting, lifting and removal plan and then went on to prepare and assist the draining of the
oily waters from tanks and underwater cutting of 64 inspection openings.
The dock was cut underwater into 24 sections which were then
raised by a floating crane and inflatable lifting balloons and pulled out of the water.

PROJECT: M/B Amuriyah, THE PERSIAN GULF - IRAQ, inspection diving and surveys, explosive devices detection, cargo removal,
underwater cutting and welding, joining and lifting the 50-1500 t heavy wreck sections off the seabed (-36 m depth).
PROJECT: Dock-7, 165 m long, 35 m wide, 7000 tons heavy, depth: 16-24 m. The Hidro inžinjering d.o.o., based in Rijeka and specialised in underwater works, participated in the project of a sunken Dock 7 removal from the Viktor Lenac shipyard sea waters in Rijeka. PROJECT: Recording and survey of the state of the underwater parts of buildings, constructions and anchoring systems for wharfs and vessels of
all Adriatic ACI marinas, as well as preparation of a report with an expert opinion and conclusions of a legal expert in construction (techn. due diligence)
on the established grade of deterioration and the risk of continuous exploitation. The report was accompanied by video recordings and photo reports.
Multiannual contracts (from 2008 to date) on the maintenance of Dock 11 and all other works in the VIKTOR LENAC shipyard sea waters.

PROJECT: Underwater platform cutting, Dock-11, platform girder dismantling PLR-1, port of Rijeka, installation of the platform girder PLR-1 on the new passenger quay, port of Rijeka, broken cable replacement between Dock-5 and VN platform, assistance with the repair of the air leak between the pontoons on Dock-11, assistance with installation/connecting of 50 cathodic protection reference anodes on Dock-11, cleaning of the "Javor" stream and process waters, divers team’s assistance with repairing and replacement of the ballast tanks valves on Dock-11, divers team’s assistance with the survey on the side positioning of concrete weights for the mooring of the 60 t heavy platform, repair of the leakage on ballast barriers and pipelines, pipe cleaning from corrosion and plating cleaning on Dock-11, survey of a M/B Inćun vessel, sunk in the shipyard waters, under the operational Dock-11, at a depth of 36 m, and preparation for its extraction, lifting the "M/B Inćun" vessel from the seabed (below Dock-11) to the surface. Divers team’s assistance with the survey, probing and measuring of "Berth-8" on 222 points, drawing up of a report. PROJECT: Underground survey of Dock Ri – 38 in line with owner’s instructions, ultrasound measuring of the thickness of bearing piles and plating for the new Dock 12. PROJECT: Underwater video and photo survey of the Dock 11 anchoring system, following the order by the Croatian Register of Shipping. ’Measuring the wear of anchor chains and anchor plates at a depth between -38 and -52m. Ultrasound measuring of the wall thickness of the Dock-11 bearing pontoons. PROJECT: Underground video survey of the vessel and of the propeller shaft - M/B Certamen, in line with owner’s instructions, video scanning and damage inspection (in night conditions) on the M/V Stream vessel.
